Description
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of residential and commercial solar PV and thermal projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination from site evaluation through commissioning.
  • • Plan and coordinate PV and solar thermal installations to meet codes and standards.
  • • Direct installers, technicians, and subcontractors to meet safety and quality requirements.
  • • Oversee site assessments to confirm feasibility and define design requirements.
  • • Track and verify system performance at system, subsystem, and component levels.
  • • Coordinate required permits and building inspections.
  • • Monitor contractor work against plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
  • • Lead commissioning and start-up for testing and customer turnover.
  • • Provide technical guidance to field teams on PV, thermal, electrical, and mechanical issues.
  • • Meet with customers on-site to confirm requirements and system specifications.
  • • Review and maintain design documentation, including P&IDs and process flow diagrams.
  • • Develop estimates for materials, equipment, labor, and timelines.
  • • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids for quality, cost, and reliability.
  • • Manage project risks and drive cost, schedule, and process efficiencies.
  • • Prepare proposals, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
  • • Oversee procurement and rental of installation equipment and materials.
