Description
Sell and support technically complex products and solutions, using an engineering-level background to assess requirements, design configurations, present value, and drive deals through close and successful implementation.
- • Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.

- • Secure and renew orders and coordinate delivery and deployment.

- • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demos to prospects and customers.
- • Provide technical and non-technical guidance on product use, operation, and maintenance.
- • Research and identify potential customers and new application opportunities.
- • Visit prospects on-site to showcase offerings, pricing, availability, and advantages.
- • Create sales or service contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
- • Arrange and manage demonstrations, proofs of concept, or trial installations.
- • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- • Attend company training to maintain deep product knowledge.
- • Provide input for the development or customization of products and systems.
- • Write or contribute to technical documentation and solution briefs.
- • Develop sales plans to introduce products into new markets or segments.
- • Identify and support resale, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- • Document account activities, generate reports, and maintain CRM records.
- • Train colleagues or partners on customer applications and best practices.
- • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- • Represent the company at trade shows and industry seminars.
- • Report on prospective clients’ creditworthiness as needed.
