Guide preschool-aged children in a Montessori classroom, using self-directed, hands-on materials and individualized lessons to promote independence, concentration, and social, physical, and intellectual growth.
  • • Prepare and maintain a child-centered Montessori environment with accessible, orderly materials.
  • • Present Montessori lessons in Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Math, and Cultural areas.
  • • Observe children daily to identify interests, sensitive periods, and developmental needs.
