  • • Set up tethered capture stations and remote triggers for hazardous or hard-to-reach areas.
  • • Direct assistants and collaborate with operators to stage equipment and ensure safe setups.
  • • Adhere to all site safety procedures; wear PPE and coordinate lockout/tagout when required.
  • • Document construction progress, maintenance activities, and before/after conditions.
  • • Produce imagery for manuals, training, compliance reports, bids, and marketing collateral.
  • • Manage media cards, backups, and file integrity during and after shoots.
  • • Ingest, name, and tag files with metadata; archive to client DAM or secure servers.
  • • Deliver color-managed proofs and final retouched files; prepare print-ready and web assets.
  • • Write technical captions, part numbers, and process notes to accompany images.
  • • Obtain model and property releases; manage usage rights and licensing for corporate use.
  • • Provide large-format prints, annotated diagrams, and display boards when requested.
  • • Evaluate new gear and workflows for harsh environments and unique imaging challenges.
  • • Coordinate third-party services such as large-format printing or specialized inspections when needed.
  • • Comply with confidentiality, ITAR/export, and vendor NDA requirements for sensitive facilities.
