Description
Plan and design land use and site layouts for subdivisions, mixed-use, commercial, and public projects; prepare master plans and entitlements; analyze zoning and infrastructure; and coordinate approvals with clients, consultants, and agencies.
- • Prepare concept site plans, master plans, and graphics illustrating land use, circulation, and open space.
- • Collaborate with civil, traffic, architectural, and environmental teams to develop feasible site plans.
- • Develop land use programs that optimize density, mix, and open space while meeting codes and policies.

- • Integrate natural features, rights-of-way, and existing development into land plans.
- • Coordinate and manage subconsultants such as surveyors, traffic, and environmental specialists.
- • Research planning policies, demographics, market trends, and case law to inform recommendations.
- • Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments to validate assumptions and refine concepts.
- • Prepare land use schedules, density and parking calculations, and open space allocations.
- • Track entitlements, permits, and conditions through approval and implementation phases.
