Description
Lead day-to-day production at geothermal power plants to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient output. Oversee equipment performance, staff, budgets, and regulatory compliance across wells, gathering systems, and generation units.
- • Conduct well field and plant site assessments.
- • Select and implement corrosion control or mitigation programs.
- • Communicate plant status, risks, and priorities to crews and leadership.
- • Direct troubleshooting and minor repairs of instrumentation and electrical systems.
