Install, maintain, and operate casino surveillance systems to support detection and investigation of cheating, theft, and policy violations. Ensure system uptime, coverage, and regulatory compliance, and assist investigators with evidence capture and retrieval.
  • • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV, audio, and VMS equipment across casino properties.
  • • Monitor system health and coverage; troubleshoot outages and performance issues promptly.
  • • Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies for coverage, retention, and access control.
  • • Report equipment failures, coverage gaps, and security risks to surveillance management.
  • • Retrieve, review, export, and archive footage for incidents, preserving chain of custody.
  • • Maintain logs of maintenance, outages, footage requests, and configuration changes.
  • • Train staff on monitoring software and recording equipment; assist with camera positioning during incidents.
  • • Coordinate vendor repairs and upgrades; manage inventory and preventive maintenance schedules.
