Description
Supervise and lead a squad of police officers, managing shift operations, training, and performance; direct field activities and preliminary investigations, ensure legal compliance and policy enforcement, and serve as incident commander until relieved.
- • Conduct roll call and brief officers on operations, priorities, and expectations.
- • Communicate policy updates, legal changes, and new tactics to the squad.
