Directly supervise and coordinate office and administrative support staff, managing daily workflows, service quality, schedules, and office services to ensure efficient, compliant operations.
- • Resolve escalated customer or internal stakeholder questions and complaints about policies and procedures.
- • Supervise office, administrative, and customer service staff for quality, accuracy, deadlines, and adherence to procedures; correct errors.
- • Coach employees on handling complex tasks and escalations.
- • Implement departmental policies, procedures, and service standards with management.

- • Build schedules based on workload forecasts and budget constraints.
- • Monitor office supply inventory and reorder or purchase as needed.
- • Plan and coordinate office services, including equipment procurement, records organization, moves, parking, maintenance, and security access.
- • Arrange maintenance or repairs for office space and equipment.
- • Stay current on HR policies and applicable labor and privacy requirements impacting operations.
- • Oversee mailroom activities, shipping and receiving, and courier logistics.
