Clean and sanitize dishes, kitchen areas, food-preparation equipment, and utensils.
- • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by machine or hand.
- • Return clean dishes, utensils, and equipment to storage areas.
- • Keep kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils clean and orderly.
- • Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars.
