Execute in-store merchandising to maximize product visibility and sales. Implement planograms, build and maintain displays, stock and rotate inventory, ensure accurate pricing and signage, and report store-level results to stakeholders.
  • • Execute planograms and visual standards to optimize shelf presentation.
  • • Place and maintain point-of-sale materials, shelf talkers, and promotional signage.
  • • Keep aisles, shelves, and displays clean and organized; return overstock to correct locations.
  • • Capture and submit visit reports, photos, inventory counts, and compliance data via mobile tools.
  • • Place orders or request replenishment based on on-hand counts and sales trends.
  • • Build endcaps, shippers, and feature displays to attract shoppers.
  • • Recommend assortment and shelf allocations based on store demand and constraints.
  • • Transport, assemble, and dismantle fixtures and promotional displays safely.
  • • Identify opportunities for secondary placements, expanded facings, and cross-merchandising.
  • • Pre-stage and verify display stability and compliance with brand and retailer guidelines.
  • • Tailor planogram execution to store formats or local preferences within guidelines.
  • • Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and shelf presence; report insights.
  • • Collaborate with sales reps and store staff to plan and execute resets and new item launches.
  • • Travel to assigned stores within a territory to complete scheduled merchandising visits.
  • • Train store associates or new team members on merchandising standards and display upkeep.
  • • Set shelf heights, pegs, and hardware; install signage and fixtures using basic tools.
  • • Review schematics and product briefs to prepare for resets and seasonal transitions.
  • • Recommend improvements to planograms, packaging, or displays based on in-store feedback.
  • • Verify pricing accuracy; print, place, and audit shelf labels and tags.
  • • Stock, face, and rotate product using FIFO; remove damaged or expired items.
  • • Maintain backroom organization and reconcile inventory counts with store systems.
  • • Adhere to safety policies and lift, move, or palletize merchandise as required.
