Lead environmental programs that manage compliance, remediation, and redevelopment of contaminated properties for reuse, focusing on non-Superfund sites. Direct strategy, budgets, permitting, and stakeholder engagement to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective outcomes.
- • Review and approve remediation and redevelopment proposals within program scope.

- • Commission and review environmental studies, modeling, and risk evaluations.
- • Oversee hazardous waste characterization, transportation, and disposal.
- • Coordinate field activities and contractors to ensure regulatory compliance and safe execution.
- • Lead or review human health and ecological risk assessments.
- • Evaluate feasibility, alternatives, and cost-benefit for remedial options.
- • Integrate sustainability, community benefits, and equity into program plans.
- • Secure funding, manage grants, and report on financial performance.
