Description
Mix and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to guests at the bar or through waitstaff, ensuring quality, speed, and responsible service.
- • Collect payment for drinks and tabs.
- • Serve bar snacks or simple food items.
- • Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
- • Balance cash and reconcile POS receipts.
- • Monitor guest intoxication and intervene or arrange safe transport.
- • Wash and sanitize glassware, tools, and bar equipment.
- • Take drink orders from servers and guests.
- • Pour and serve wine, bottled, and draft beer.
- • Maintain clean bars, counters, and tables.
