Description
Lead bar operations and staff to deliver consistent, high-quality beverage service; ensure compliance, inventory control, and cash reconciliation, and mix and serve drinks as needed to maintain guest satisfaction.
- • Lead bar operations during shifts to deliver fast, consistent beverage service.
- • Supervise bartenders and barbacks; assign stations, breaks, and side work.
- • Take and expedite beverage orders from servers and patrons during peak times.
- • Mix and serve cocktails, wine, and beer to house standards when needed.
- • Check identification and enforce age and responsible service policies.
- • Monitor guest consumption; intervene, cut off service, and arrange safe transport as needed.
- • Collect payments, operate POS, and reconcile cash drawers and receipts.

- • Train and coach staff on service steps, recipes, and safety procedures.
- • Handle guest complaints and remove disruptive patrons in line with policy.
- • Coordinate with kitchen and floor teams to ensure timely delivery of bar snacks and food.
- • Monitor equipment condition; schedule or escalate maintenance as needed.
