Description
Curate and serve specialty coffees; educate guests on origins and flavor profiles; pair coffees with food; and ensure quality through equipment calibration and bean selection.
- • Prepare and serve specialty coffees, espresso drinks, cold brew, and teas to exacting standards.
- • Conduct cuppings and sensory evaluations to select and profile coffees.
- • Calibrate grinders, brewers, and espresso machines; monitor water quality and temperatures.
- • Sanitize and maintain brewing, tasting, and service equipment and work areas.
- • Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of service and seating areas.
- • Guide guests through flavor profiles and recommend coffees and pairings based on preferences.
- • Select, order, receive, and stock specialty beans, brewing supplies, and retail merchandise.
