Description
Support underwriters by processing insurance applications, renewals, and policy changes; verify applicant data; prepare quotes and documentation; maintain underwriting and policy records; and coordinate with agents, brokers, and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely issuance in line with guidelines.
- • Intake and set up new submissions in underwriting systems.
- • Review applications and attachments for completeness and accuracy.

- • Generate and distribute underwriting and production reports.
- • Reconcile premium changes and adjustments with accounting.
- • Ensure adherence to company guidelines, authority levels, and regulatory requirements.
- • Schedule and track property inspections and engineering surveys.
- • Prepare account summaries, rating worksheets, and checklists for decisions.
- • Triage and assign submissions and renewals per workflow priorities.
- • Maintain service-level timelines, diaries, and task queues.
