Plan, cook, and present customized meals for individual clients or families, providing in-home cooking or meal prep that fits their tastes, schedules, and dietary needs.
  • • Develop personalized menus based on client preferences, nutrition goals, and dietary restrictions.
  • • Shop for or order ingredients and kitchen supplies, managing budgets and vendors.
  • • Wash, prep, and cook proteins, vegetables, grains, and baked goods to professional standards.
  • • Cook in clients' kitchens or off-site, tailoring recipes and handling daily meals or weekly meal prep.
  • • Organize, sanitize, and maintain client kitchen workspaces, tools, and appliances.
  • • Design specialized dishes for allergies, medical diets, or gourmet requests.
  • • Innovate and test new recipes and cuisines to expand offerings.
  • • Manage all food operations for service, including mise en place, timing, plating, and presentation.
  • • Plan and prepare menus for intimate dinners, holidays, and small events.
  • • Plate and serve meals to clients and guests during in-home services.
  • • Travel to client homes or venues as needed for on-site cooking.
